Our little patch of paradise

We wish you a warm welcome to our little patch of paradise known as Suntree Bay. 

Suntree Bay Homeowners Association is a beautiful community of 24 homes on Gina Lane and Bay View Court in Melbourne FL.  It is also a Sub-Association to the much larger Suntree Master Homeowners Association, Inc. (SMHA) for the Suntree Planned Unit Development (PUD) that currently consists of 4,506 units.  Our community is bounded by a lake on the West and a canal and conservation area/nature preserve on the North, officially designated by the U.S. Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service as a protected Scrub-Jay Habitat.  Suntree Bay boasts attractive, upscale homes in an ideal location where our residents enjoy seclusion, intimacy and friendly neighborhood charm. 

We the members of the Suntree Bay Homeowners Association are united in a common purpose to promote the health, safety and welfare of all residents.  This includes promoting a friendly neighborhood where respect for each residents property and being are held in the highest regard where all residents and their guests show this respect in all their activities.

Our HOA is a very low cost, drama free, all volunteer organization managed by your neighbors.  We have a few small common areas including a conservation area and two storm water drainage areas.  Entry in the conservation area prohibited within this protected area by law and our Covenants except for periodic efforts to remove trash or debris.  Clearing of brush or other growth is not permitted. No other amenities are provided other than great neighbors and safe, quiet place to call home.  If you need help with something, don't hesitate to ask a neighbor.
